Cutting Edge is a fun casual game where you become a professional ice skater that needs to nail each move in a competition. If you like ice skating and want to put your skills to the test in this sport, try out dozens of levels full of obstacles.

At the start of Cutting Edge you have to complete a short tutorial that teaches you how to do the three key movements that will let you get past the different obstacles on the ice. So, you can spin around, jump over anything in your way or crouch down to go under it. Once you have mastered the three techniques, it's time to get on the ice.

The mechanics in Cutting Edge are very simple as you just have these three movements you need to carry out at the right time. To move between two big ice blocks, you have to turn before reaching them or you will fall down, the same thing happens if you don't calculate your jumps or spins correctly. Your goal is to get a perfect score in each movement you make to get the highest possible speed.

When you get past the obstacles, all that's left is the final leap where you have to touch the screen as quickly as you can; if you have been fast you will multiply your score by a bigger number but if you have not been so lucky you won't get a great final score. At the end of each round, you will earn gems that you can invest in making improvements that help you skate with more precision.
